Terms, in plain language

Recurring monthly billing in USD — you approve the recurring charge explicitly at checkout.
No free trial and no grace period — paid features unlock only after our provider confirms payment.
Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the confirmed paid period; your account, library and history are never deleted on cancellation.
Device limits — Starter 1, Professional 2, Elite 3 Windows devices. Unbinding a device is self-service in your dashboard.
Local processing — no per-use credits on OCR, translation or local analysis.
Honest labeling — features marked demo/preview/planned are not yet generally available; they are not promised as part of today's subscription.
Support — standard support on all plans, priority support on Elite.
